“Perfect for those seeking relaxation”
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Avgoustis and can fully recommend it. The house is 100% as described and is actually even more cozy. Everything was very clean, lovingly furnished, and you immediately feel comfortable.
We were there with two families and four children. Two bedrooms are particularly comfortable. The other two sleeping arrangements are a bit simpler (pool house with an open bathroom and a sofa bed), but completely adequate for children.
The location is quiet, mountainous and somewhat remote - perfect for those seeking relaxation. A big plus is the supermarket right across the street, which really offers everything for everyday needs.
The pool, courtyard and outdoor area were excellently maintained, and Pavlos was a friendly, helpful host at all times. Thanks for a great stay – we would come back anytime!

“Like stepping onto the set of Mama Mia”
Its hard to say in just a few words just how lovely Pavlos's place is. We are a family of 5 with three grown up children and there was tons of space for us. Walking through the door into the garden is really magical - like stepping onto the set of Mama Mia - and the house does not disappoint. Everything you need is there. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms great. Loads of hot water. The kitchen is really well appointed with lots of pans and crockery - and a great set of knives! Pavlos communicated by phone app, which was perfect, and replied within seconds to any queries. The surroundings are just spectacular - beautiful little villages and lots of great walks - and all in the wine region of Cyprus - goodness we will so so definitely be back! Thank you!

“The cleanest and most functional property we have ever stayed at.”
Could not find fault with Alexia and Pavlo's villa. They were super-helpful hosts, especially as we had a few requests for our baby daughter. The cleanest and most functional property we have ever stayed at. As good or better than photos. Very easy to spend whole days there, which suited us perfectly. Pachna is a quiet village in a picturesque location. Not much in the way of restaurants, but we were happy eating almost every night at local Linos Tavern (authentic and ridiculously cheap), plus there are good places in neighboring villages. Pissouri beach a close-enough drive - we enjoyed swimming there, but were glad to be staying inland where it's less touristy and not so hot. Would definitely visit again!

We had the best family holiday at Villa Avgoustis and we didn't want our stay to come to an end! The property is absolutely gorgeous and we instantly felt relaxed and welcomed upon arriving. The thoughtfulness that has gone into every detail of the home is unbelievable. It is such an idyllic space that the bar has truly been raised for me for good when it comes to what I look for in a holiday rental home.
The home is located in the village of Pachna, which has loads of old world charm and is not touristy. It was walkable, the neighbors were friendly, and the local grocery store was incredibly close to the home. Pavlos was incredibly communicative and was always available to answer our questions or help us.
Pavlos and Alexia thought of literally everything we needed as guests at Villa Avgoustis. The kitchen was better stocked with cooking prep materials and appliances than our own at home! The property was spotlessly clean which lead to us feel even more comfortable during our stay. They also had a travel crib, changing table and training toilet set up for our toddler which was such a thoughtful touch.
Our stay at Villa Avgoustis was marked by wonderful meals shared around the outdoor table. It's a magical place with grape vines hanging all around. Our kids also spent much time in the pool, swimming and making incredible memories. We had long, slow and relaxing days there, soaking our time in Cyprus. The house is also in an ideal spot for day trips to the Troodos mountains, wineries, other villages and even down to the city of Limassol.
Thank you to Pavlos and Alexia for putting so much heart into Villa Avgoustis. It was perfect. I hope we can visit again!

It is located 10-40 min driving distance from the beach, trekking in the troodos, and the wine country - perfect location.

A gorgeous property, beautifully remodeled and incredibly well equipped. Tucked away up in a small hilltop village which was exactly what we hoped for. An easy drive to beaches, several wonderful restaurants, and Limassol and Pafos all within easy reach. Omodos and Vasa so lovely though, and the few simple tavernas in the village itself perfect. We explored historical sites in the mornings and relaxed by the pool at the house in the afternoons. Peaceful, and a slice of rural Cyprus, yet with all the modern conveniences appreciated by a family with young children. Alexia was nothing but lovely. Very responsive and very helpful. We simply adored our week!

“Five stars aren’t enough for this beautiful home.”
Wow... hands down the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The only problem is that the house is so amazing you won't want to leave to do any sightseeing! :) We were greeted with a bottle of wine, local goat cheese from the village, and homemade bread from a nearby neighbor. Sitting on the absolutely beautiful terrace with cheese and wine was the highlight of our time in Cyprus. With four bedrooms, we had lots of options for where to have our 18-month-old sleep, and the room we choose was nice and dark, and he slept 12 hours each night! The crib and high chair were perfect. The water pressure is great, the house is cool (the ceiling fans were so nice!), the kitchen is great and has everything you need, the pool is so refreshingly cold and wonderful, and the house is beautifully appointed. Alexia was a wonderful host and kept in close communication with us, even giving us tips on which local tavern to call for after hours dinner. Five stars aren't enough for this beautiful home!

Alexia's villa is idyllic and one of the best AirBnB's we have ever stayed in. It absolutely made our holiday and I would recommend it to anyone. The whole villa has been renovated to a really high standard. The bedrooms are clean and modern, each with its own new bathroom. The high ceilings and fans mean it feels very cool and we did not struggle sleeping. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The gorgeous pool area and outdoor space are exactly as you see on the pictures and were a real highlight. The villa is in a small quiet village with a local tavern and shop close by. Everyone in the village was so friendly and they could not have done enough for us. Alexia and Pavlos were so helpful throughout our stay and their flexibility about check in/out times was very much appreciated. There are no negatives about Alexia's villa at all and we cannot wait to go back soon!

This is a wonderful villa! Alexia and her husband have renovated the building beautifully and decorated it tastefully. The location is peaceful and authentic- fabulous to get away from all the busy tourist areas. The villa is spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The hosts are obviously foodies as the kitchen has all the utensils and equipment you might need. We enjoyed the delicious local cheeses, bread and wine left for us on arrival. The entire house is beautiful- lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and large living area, all kept cool with ceiling fans. The outdoor area is just as good. There is a covered area for eating in the shade with a decent bbq. The pool is excellent-well maintained and clean. There are comfortable loungers beside the pool and big umbrellas for shade. The outside shower is also lovely and refreshing! The courtyard area is well stocked with beautiful vines and plants. This really is a super place to stay! The hosts have high standards and have earned 5 stars from us!

“All in all I can’t wait to comeback to this house yet again.”
Alexia’s place was the loveliest welcoming home away from home, where me and my group felt like never leaving. Located in a small picturesque village 30-40 min drive from Papfos and Limassol , the house has everything one could need in a house , with a serene atmosphere of a perfectly balanced interior exterior design. We couldn’t find a thing to dislike. If you want to eat local and fresh try the Lino’s tavern , but it is open only during the day ( lunch). Also the supermarket is just across the street so it was convenient to buy fruits and water. All in all I can’t wait to comeback to Alexia’ home yet again , maybe for more than 4 days , which didn’t feel enough

“Excellent Villa for a calm and tranquil vacation”
The villa exceeded our expectations. It was charming, authentic yet modern. Beautifully laid out, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had more equipment and dishes than you would need. The outdoor seating and swimming pool were tranquil. We enjoyed our BBQ evenings. In fact we didn't feel the need to leave the villa it was just so restful.
