Local Specialties: Pachna Village is very well known for its amazing ‘halloumi’ and ‘anari’ goat cheese, as well as for the traditional Cyprus delicacies ‘palouzes’ and ‘shushukos’ made from grape juice and flour. These are prepared by the ladies of the village on the last weekend of September, every year.
