Could not find fault with Alexia and Pavlo's villa. They were super-helpful hosts, especially as we had a few requests for our baby daughter. The cleanest and most functional property we have ever stayed at. As good or better than photos. Very easy to spend whole days there, which suited us perfectly. Pachna is a quiet village in a picturesque location. Not much in the way of restaurants, but we were happy eating almost every night at local Linos Tavern (authentic and ridiculously cheap), plus there are good places in neighboring villages. Pissouri beach a close-enough drive - we enjoyed swimming there, but were glad to be staying inland where it's less touristy and not so hot. Would definitely visit again!

We spent two weeks in Cyprus enjoying the surroundings through our driving, swimming and walks. We were delighted by our time in Pachna in such a charming house where we felt at home. While our days were driven by activities during our stay, at Villa Avgoustis we decided to stay "home". Is there more to say? Alexia was very responsive and considerate. Our stay in this house/home was a highlight of our holidays.

A gorgeous property, beautifully remodeled and incredibly well equipped. Tucked away up in a small hilltop village which was exactly what we hoped for. An easy drive to beaches, several wonderful restaurants, and Limassol and Pafos all within easy reach. Omodos and Vasa so lovely though, and the few simple tavernas in the village itself perfect. We explored historical sites in the mornings and relaxed by the pool at the house in the afternoons. Peaceful, and a slice of rural Cyprus, yet with all the modern conveniences appreciated by a family with young children. Alexia was nothing but lovely. Very responsive and very helpful. We simply adored our week!

“Five stars aren’t enough for this beautiful home.”
Wow... hands down the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The only problem is that the house is so amazing you won't want to leave to do any sightseeing! :) We were greeted with a bottle of wine, local goat cheese from the village, and homemade bread from a nearby neighbor. Sitting on the absolutely beautiful terrace with cheese and wine was the highlight of our time in Cyprus. With four bedrooms, we had lots of options for where to have our 18-month-old sleep, and the room we choose was nice and dark, and he slept 12 hours each night! The crib and high chair were perfect. The water pressure is great, the house is cool (the ceiling fans were so nice!), the kitchen is great and has everything you need, the pool is so refreshingly cold and wonderful, and the house is beautifully appointed. Alexia was a wonderful host and kept in close communication with us, even giving us tips on which local tavern to call for after hours dinner. Five stars aren't enough for this beautiful home!

Alexia's villa is idyllic and one of the best AirBnB's we have ever stayed in. It absolutely made our holiday and I would recommend it to anyone. The whole villa has been renovated to a really high standard. The bedrooms are clean and modern, each with its own new bathroom. The high ceilings and fans mean it feels very cool and we did not struggle sleeping. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The gorgeous pool area and outdoor space are exactly as you see on the pictures and were a real highlight. The villa is in a small quiet village with a local tavern and shop close by. Everyone in the village was so friendly and they could not have done enough for us. Alexia and Pavlos were so helpful throughout our stay and their flexibility about check in/out times was very much appreciated. There are no negatives about Alexia's villa at all and we cannot wait to go back soon!

This is a wonderful villa! Alexia and her husband have renovated the building beautifully and decorated it tastefully. The location is peaceful and authentic- fabulous to get away from all the busy tourist areas. The villa is spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The hosts are obviously foodies as the kitchen has all the utensils and equipment you might need. We enjoyed the delicious local cheeses, bread and wine left for us on arrival. The entire house is beautiful- lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and large living area, all kept cool with ceiling fans. The outdoor area is just as good. There is a covered area for eating in the shade with a decent bbq. The pool is excellent-well maintained and clean. There are comfortable loungers beside the pool and big umbrellas for shade. The outside shower is also lovely and refreshing! The courtyard area is well stocked with beautiful vines and plants. This really is a super place to stay! The hosts have high standards and have earned 5 stars from us!

“All in all I can’t wait to comeback to this house yet again.”
Alexia’s place was the loveliest welcoming home away from home, where me and my group felt like never leaving. Located in a small picturesque village 30-40 min drive from Papfos and Limassol , the house has everything one could need in a house , with a serene atmosphere of a perfectly balanced interior exterior design. We couldn’t find a thing to dislike. If you want to eat local and fresh try the Lino’s tavern , but it is open only during the day ( lunch). Also the supermarket is just across the street so it was convenient to buy fruits and water. All in all I can’t wait to comeback to Alexia’ home yet again , maybe for more than 4 days , which didn’t feel enough

“Excellent Villa for a calm and tranquil vacation”
The villa exceeded our expectations. It was charming, authentic yet modern. Beautifully laid out, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had more equipment and dishes than you would need. The outdoor seating and swimming pool were tranquil. We enjoyed our BBQ evenings. In fact we didn't feel the need to leave the villa it was just so restful. Communication with the owners was super easy. The surprise treats were wonderful and much appreciated. Just loved it. Thank you Pavlos
